Am I Wierd???

Is it weird that I would rather go through childbirth than exercise??? (In all honesty however, my labors don't look anything like this... I think it's safe to say I don't even come close to breaking a sweat.)

It's always fun...

... when Grandma and Grandpa Larson come for a visit. This year for part of our Christmas gift they gave us season's passes to Sea World. Yeah!!! We decided to make a trip there while they were in town. So fun!!! It's been so long since we have been, the last time we were there Brinn was 3 months old. The kids loved it and I am sure we will get lots of use from the passes! So thanks so much Grandma and Grandpa!

Brinny Brinny Brinny!

This girl... where to start with this one. She is our little firecracker. She is SOOOoooo opinionated and strong-willed (aka stubborn... wonder who she got that from? :)) At the same time, she can be SO SWEET and is extremely shy around people she does not know. She adores Owen and has taken it upon herself to care for his every need (at times to his dismay.) A few things to know about Brinn: When she wants to eat she wants to eat right then, when she wants to get dressed she wants to get dressed right then (and don't bother telling her something does not match when she "KNOWS" it does, because you are setting yourself up for World War 3.) But, when this girl loves on you... she really loves on you and there is nothing better in the world!

The dress-up outfits that this girl wears on a daily basis crack me up. I even let her wear them out of the house sometimes... self expression right?!? And she feels like a princess so why not.

And thanks to our friends, the Biorns (XOXOXOX Miss you guys) Brinn is now stocked with all the makeup a 3 year old could dream of.

BE-U-TI-FUL!!!

Little Mister...

Okay... I really could just INHALE this kid! I know I have said this before and I am going to say it again: Owen is just the happiest baby I have ever met! He always has a smile on his face (unless his bottle/food is gone... and then it's MELTDOWN) He says "DADA" and we are working on others (like "mama, mommy, mom"... I'm not picky.) He LOVES bath time and I can seriously only bathe him before I get ready or at the end of the night because by the time I am done giving this kid a bath I am drenched! And I love this picture of him in his car seat with his hat on because I have one of Aidan just like it when he was a baby.

And here is Owen all dressed up for church. What a little man! He also took his first step right after this picture was taken (and continues to take random steps all the time now.) He has incredible balance and will stand for a minute at a time without holding onto anything and claps at himself with pride. I am sure we will have a walker on our hands in no time. This kid seriously melts my heart!

Christmas 2010!!!

Hope you all had as wonderful a Christmas as we did. Our Christmas seemed to stretch out over a few days and Santa even came a night early (lucky us) because David had to work on Christmas Day (not so lucky us.)

While the Wii was not on Aidan's list, he was thrilled that Santa seemed to know what he would like even better than he knew himself.

Brinn finally got her own Leapster... YEAH! NO MORE SHARING. NO MORE FIGHTS (Well, I can always dream!)

Happy Happy Owen!

Spent lots of time with these two people...

And these two people...

(MISSED LOTS AND LOTS OF OTHER PEOPLE!!!)

Owen is #40 on the Taylor side of the family.(Yes, we all have a number!)

Merry Christmas from us!

Gingerbread Masterpiece

Can't let this Christmas season pass without documenting our Gingerbread Masterpiece (I guess I should say their as I contributed 0% to this)
